Kyle Bennett Band
The group was founded by John Seidler (lead guitar, vocals) and Kyle Bennett (vocals, rhythm guitar) as two strangers with one story to tell. They began writing and practicing on weekends and their sound quickly gained popularity in the region. With a few lineup changes, the Kyle Bennett Band added in Jon "Fish" Hunt (Guitar/Harmony Vocals) and a smooth combination of drums and bass, Beau Brauer (Drums) and Rody Molder (Bass) making the perfect combination for the success of the band.

On the surface it seems easy to stereotype their sound as Texas Music but it goes deeper than that. It's a mixture of life lessons and a determined professionalism. Take a few hard knocks, a couple of relationships gone wrong , mix in some good times and you have the heart and soul that delivers the sound of The Kyle Bennett Band.

Their self-titled debut release (also known as "the red CD") has sold thousands and held top ten slots on the Best Sellers chart at Lone Star Music. In addition it produced several singles that still remain in current rotation on stations across the region today such as "Adios," "What's It Like," "Donnelly Drive" and "Later On."

Their new release "Grey Sunrise" delivers a new style packed with ambition and emotion that is certain to make one take notice. The signature vocals and guitar remain core to their sound along with a more refined and solidified delivery ranging from the rockin' energy of live shows to polished ballads. The band definitely hybrids Country and Rock but not in the traditional Southern Rock way; It can be edgy but not screatching and there is a sound to Bennett's voice and a style to the band that sets them apart from the rest.

If reaction from the first single for this new release "Should've Listened" is any indicator to the success of the new lineup and sound of The Kyle Bennett Band this release is sure to be a milestone for the group as stations and fans are eating it up right out of the box. Whether listening to their recordings or watching them live on stage one can't help but be transformed to the world of this talented and up and coming band. Ya'll hold on and remember "There ain't nothin' wrong with The KBB!"
